TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL
- You have no right to modify my art, make my art into an NFT, feed my art into AI, and claim my art as yours. By doing so, you will be blacklisted and cannot commission me again.- I will take my time in doing your commission. I have the right to cancel your commission if you, the client, will ask for updates very often. Clients can ask for an update of their commission 3 days after I work on it.- I will not tolerate any toxic behavior. Please be kind to me (and to any other artists that you will commission.) Showing any toxic behavior can result in cancelling your commission and blacklisting you.- Please expect that there might be some changes in my art style. I draw almost every day and there might be a chance that I have learned something new, and will apply it to your commission; making it look slightly different to my portfolio.- Be ready with your references and ideas. References should be all complete, in a detailed manner in which I can understand what you want me to do for this commission. References in a Google Drive/Sta.sh link are highly preferred.- By purchasing any of my services, you are automatically accepting my terms and conditions and will be obligated to follow them.
PAYMENTS
- Clients can either: pay upfront or discuss a payment plan once your request has been approved. Clients who paid with a payment plan can pay the remaining balance once the commission is finished.- I may ask for extra charge if I think that your commission is more complex and needs extra pricing.
REVISIONS
- In the sketch phase, clients can only ask for major revisions for two times only. In the coloring/rendering phase, clients can only ask for major revisions for one time only.- Exceeding the limit of revisions will result in an additional fee of $30 USD.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Commissions will have no deadlines; unless the client stated so. There will be a fee if the client decides to set a deadline (Deadline fee: $50 USD)- Please prepare your email where I can send the .zip file containing the commission.
USE
- Personal use (Profile picture, Server picture, Gift for a friend, anything that is not used commercially) has no fee.- Commercial use (Merch design, advertisements, etc.) will be priced 2-3x the base price.
PROPERTY RIGHTS
- As the artist of your commission, I hold every right to it. I can: use it for my portfolio, and post it on my Twitter (with proper credit, and watermark). If you wish to keep the commission private and not be posted online, you will have to pay a $20 USD fee.- You are not allowed to: Use my art in any blockchain-related technology (NFTs), use my art for AI, and any other things that can discredit my hard work for the commission.
COMMUNICATION
- You can contact me in Twitter or in Discord for updates (Please note that you can only send updates in a moderate amount of time.)- Note that I might live in a different time zone, expect a reply from me within 1-12 hours.
